BCCI Approves Uniform Pay Structure for Women’s Domestic Cricket

In a major boost to women cricketers, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has decided to introduce a uniform payment structure at the domestic level. During its Apex Council meeting on Monday, it was decided that in senior women’s domestic tournaments, players featuring in the final XI will receive Rs. 50,000 per day, while reserves will earn Rs. 25,000 per day.
